What do you think about harald hardraada is not even mentioned by the tapestery in 1066?

How the Battle of Hastings was fought and won?

William of France and Harold of England were fighting due to the fact that the preverce king of England had promised the throne to both of them but Harold qwickly grabed the throne (actually the same day as the old kings funrul !!) so they fought to the death of Harold but befor the battle ended every one was sure that William was dead so he had to take of his helmett to prove this!!the way Harold died was by being hit in the eye with aarrow!!most of these facts are knowern form the byrex tapestrey (a long tapestery made by people at the time to tell the tale of the battle ) but some of these facts are onlly knowern by pictures so they are genrul and are what most history teacher will consider right so PLEASE do use this for school work as i got the highest mark in history in my class so i am sure most (more likely all) are right!!
