That cannot really be answered as their treatment changed; the aim was to make sure that the Jews gave all of their money to the Germans, so for a long time the Germans would not supply food, but only sell it, so for that period there was nothing resembling a uniform intake.
After that the dictated allowance was 110 calories (this also changed for many reasons) i do not know fat or protein allowances (nor do i know if they can be found). The food was controlled by the Jewish councils, one (i forget which) decided that the hardest workers would receive a larger share and the ones that could not work (or work that well) would receive less, this policy was then adopted across the board.
