America's impact into WWII was agianst Germany more imediatly. It's a little known fact that three days after Japan bombed Pear Harbour. Germany declaired war on America in hopes that Japan would look favourably upon that and attack Russia. Japan never had plans to invade Russia. After a Russian spy found out that information. Russia pulled the armies protecting from a possible Japanese attack to fight the Germans. Although even without America's entry into the war Germany would have lost although it would have taken longer. So to sum it up. America's impact was to bring the war to and end much quicker than if they didn't enter. Not to mention that Japan would have been able to run unmolested in the Pacific with no real threat to them. Japan would have been able to take whatever they wanted withour America entering the war.

America's entry into World War I in 1917 significantly bolstered the Allied forces both in terms of manpower and resources. The influx of fresh troops helped to rejuvenate exhausted Allied armies, while American supplies and financial support strengthened their military capabilities. This surge of support contributed to key victories in 1918, ultimately leading to the defeat of the Central Powers and the conclusion of the war. Additionally, America's participation helped to shape the post-war peace negotiations and the establishment of the League of Nations.
To answer a question we need a who, what, when, where, or how. Your question needs a when.
