The importance of religion for the youth is mainly to develop social etiquette. It is important to teach them about family and community values. The fear of God and Hell is used as prodding sticks to ensure that social order is maintained. Heaven is used as a system of rewards for diligence and obedience to the will of their superiors. In other words if the youths followed religion it may result in them enjoy a successful, productive and satisfying future. The particular religious denominations looks after their own like a cartel providing special fraternal opportunities for members of their secular congregation.
