No such amendment exists. According the the Constitution, the minimum age is 35.
That's part of the 2nd Amendment.
Woman's right to vote.
No, the 15th Amendment allowed all males to vote (the amendment was intended to allow African Americans to vote). Women could not vote (in most circumstances) until the 19th Amendment.
Warren G. Harding was the first president to be elected after women were allowed to vote all over the US. Harding was elected president in 1920 which was the first election year after the women's suffrage amendment was ratified. In 1890, Wyoming was the first state to allow women to vote. Grover Cleveland won that election. I assume some women in Wyoming voted for him.
To give equal voting rights to women. Congress did not enact that amendment or any other. The STATES amended the Constitution to allow female voting.

The 25th amendment to the Constitution allows for a procedure to allow the Vice President to assume the duties of "Acting President".
The US Constitution requires the President to be a US citizen by birth, and aged at least 35. There was never a requirement as to gender, before the Constitutional Amendment which gave women the right to vote, or since to the best of my knowledge.
The 8th Amendment
That's part of the 2nd Amendment.
There is no such Ammendment and would almost never happen in today's politics as you would want someone to be on the "same page" if you were unable to fulfill the duties as president
The Tallmadge Amendment never passed. It was proposed in 1819 when Missouri sought statehood. It was a compromise that would allow slavery but end it in a generation by freeing the children of slaves. The House agreed but the Senate did not agree.
Since Mr. Obama was re-elected in 2012, he will remain president until after the 2016 election. The 26th Amendment to the Constitution does not allow him (or any other president) to serve more than two terms.
It does not now, and any change would require a Constitutional Amendment.
