WESPAC -- I've seen this as the abbreviation for US Army Forces, Western Pacific.
HQ CO AF WES PAC = Headquarters Company for Army Forces of the Western Pacific.
The WESPAC still exists today.
Each command would have a company that ran the organization. This would include enlistedmen who performed clerical work and communications, etc. For a command level this high, I would expect a larger unit that ran it. Not sure.

Commit a crime,or minor infraction. If your chain of command does not like you then it will be easy to get kicked out. It can be a long and painful process and Rumors will whirl around the base that you are a monster, even though all you did was to be late for work or fail to shine your boots. Everyone that you know in the AF will alienate you. You will be alone, no one will want to be associated with you. You can go see an AF shrink, but remember that they have the commander's best interest in mind. So if the commander wants you fit for trial or a discharge proceeding then your psyc report will reflect that. Yes, it can be difficult to deal with pettiness and chronic stupidity on a daily basis. Maybe you should think about BOP, or cross training, and other options be 4 you go down this road of shame. Good luck. Pretty much nothing can guarantee you will get kicked out. Most minor offenses that could get you kicked out (administrative discharge) may result in only extra duty or maybe a little brig time. Offenses that could result in an admin discharge at the very least may result in some major brig time followed by a dishonorable discharge, which I promise, you do not want to follow you the rest of your life. Just do the 2 or 4 years you signed up for.
