The date of manufacture for a Walther PP is stamped on the barrel, at the ejection port. There is a symbol of authenticity that looks like an elk's antler. The date is located just to the left of that mark. These were made in several variations, over several years. Values will be based on EXACT version and condition- it can range from $200-$350, or much more for some rare versions in Excellent condition. You would need a hands on appraisal.
