It doesn't matter what the DATE or MINTMARK is, coins made for general circulation do not have any silver and are only face value. Only special collectors coins made from 1971 to 1976 have any silver or higher values.

I also have one and would like to know the value. From what I understand they were only sold at the 1934 Fair but a rare quantity do not have dates embossed.
