I believe the US 1917 and the P-17 follow the same procedures. The link at the bottom of this page is to the US 1917 section of surplusrifle.com. That is an excellent website with information on surplus rifles and handguns.
E-gunparts is where I'd look. I have ordered Enfield parts from them before, so they do carry them. Are you looking for a magizine or clips? They ARE NOT the same. A clip is a cheap disposible piece of sheet metal the holds 5 rounds and is used to load or "charge" the magizine. The magazine.is the ammunation resevour. You have a Short, Magizine, Lee Enfiled, Mark III. Under the bolt handle, the stock socket is stamped "Sht M.L.E. III*" After 1926, the Brits called this rifle the No.1 rifle. BEWARE - the magizines of the No.1 and No.'s 4/5 rifles ARE NOT interchangaable. The clips, however will work in all of the Lees.

Its a British weapon so im going to presume your from Britain in which case its price is around £400 depending on condition. Its aso a Lee Enfield S.M.L.E. A lot of it will depend on whether it's all matching, the general condition of the rifle, and whether or not it possesses any particularly unique markings which increase the rarity. Being a WWI dated rifle makes it generally desirable, and, you may be able to fetch anywhere from $150 - $500 for it (although $500 is a bit.. optimistic), with $275 - $375 being about what you can practically expect for it. This is assuming you're referring to the Short Magazine Lee Enfield No. 1, Mk. III. For a Pattern 14 rifle, the value (to a collector) may be over $2000.
