During a war the government will stimulate what types of weapons are required for the nation's military's ability to prosecute the war. The government is depending on the nation's defense industry to respond in the fastest way and take the necessary efforts to do so. In a sense, this in not "interdependence". The country's defense industry has already been producing weapons for the nation and for overseas sales. The over seas sales will be subordinated by domestic polices. Based on the particular economic status of the nation's economy, the defense industry will be paid a fair price for the weapons. If this requires less because of the conditions the war has produced, that will be settled later when levels of "stress" are lowered.
