because someone speaks to there self does not mean there is anything wrong with them. sometimes people talk to them selevs as this is the only way to get the answer that they are looking for. if you are worried though maybe you should gently speak to them about it or speak to someone with medical advice. but this does not seem like there is anything wrong with this person.
