Article Four of the U.S. Contitution discusses the rights of states.

Section One states that each State to give credit to the public acts, etc. of every other State.

Section Two states that privileges of citizens of each State. Fugitives from Justice to be delivered up. Persons held to service having escaped, to be delivered up.

Sections 3 discusses admission of new States. Power of Congress over territory and other property

Section 4 states that republican form of government is guaranteed. Each State to be protected.
