One successful tactic Germany used in World War One was submarine warfare. It lacked the navy Great Britain had. Building submarines was the fastest and least expensive way to have a military presence in the seas and oceans.
Blitzkrieg, or "lightning war," is a military tactic that emphasizes rapid and coordinated attacks using a combination of infantry, tanks, and air support to overwhelm the enemy quickly. The strategy aims to disrupt and demoralize the opponent's defenses, creating a fast-paced breakthrough that prevents them from organizing an effective response. By concentrating forces at critical points and utilizing speed and surprise, Blitzkrieg seeks to achieve swift victories with minimal casualties. This tactic was famously employed by Germany during World War II, particularly in the early campaigns against Poland and France.
At the start of World War II, Germany's military strategy was characterized by the Blitzkrieg, or "lightning war," tactic, which emphasized rapid, coordinated assaults using combined arms forces—infantry, tanks, and air support—to quickly overwhelm and incapacitate enemy defenses. This approach aimed to achieve swift victories and minimize prolonged conflicts by exploiting speed and surprise. The invasion of Poland in September 1939 exemplified this strategy, leading to a quick and decisive German victory. Overall, Germany sought to capitalize on its technological advancements and military innovations to achieve dominance in Europe.
Blitzkreig
Blitzkrieg is German for lightning war. That is what tactic Hitler used when invading Poland.
MacArthur used the tactic of a flank attack at Inchon Korea.
Hitler tried a tactic which made the jewish people seem evil, corrupt and trying to take over Germany. For this reason, he was able to get a large amount of people on his side. Another factor was the invasion of Poland. Germany wanted to claim Poland for themselves and again try and purge the jewish community. This empowered the Germans to continue fighting. :/ That's my view though, not sure if it's 100% true.
