Harold goodwinson make thousands of mistakes around the battle of hastings
from demi ;)
None, he defeated Viking King Harold Hadrada, but that was on English soil. William of Normandy defeated Goodwinson at Hastings.
He sent them to the south where William was expected to arrive, but he couldn't come as the wind wasnt blowing right
The Anglo-Saxon, King Harold, was defeated and killed when William the Conquer arrived from Normandy, France, to claim the throne. The Battle of Hastings was fought in 1066.
William's soldiers galloped away from Harold's soldiers during battle. Harold thought that he had won, but obviously not! They came back round to them and won the battle! They killed Harold's soldiers.
Edward the Confessor (king of England 1066) dies without an heir to the English throne. He had promised the crown to both the Saxon, Harold Goodwinson, and to William of Normandy, later known as the Conqueror. Norse King Harold Hardrada also saw an opportunity to make a bid for the crown.

They make you feel upset, but mistakes are mistakes.
We make mistakes when we are in a hurry.
they are more important because without the skill which William had and the luck of the wind changing the battle would of gone very differently. Even though if Harold did not make those mistakes he might not have won but if the wind did not change then the battle would not happen at all.
You make mistakes because you are human, not the other way around.
