The first victims of the Nazis were German politcal opponents, even before the Nazis were elected. Upon election, within weeks thousands of people were sent to concentration camps.

The first group which were specifically sentenced to death (as a set) were those who did not fit a specific eugenic profile: people who were mentally disabled or had some kind of genetic handicap or deformity.

The euthanasia program began as early as 1939 and was entierly separate from the Holocaust, though in the 'Action Reinhard' camps they used men, materials and equiptment used in this euthenasia programme (called T-4).

The Holocaust is widely accepted as starting with the Invasion of the Soviet Union on 22/06/41. But many like to include those 91 killed on Kristalnacht in 1938, this is an arguable point, the counter argument being that those murders were not part of the Nazis intention to rid their land of Jews (therefore not part of the Holocaust).

June 1941, but it depends upon your definition of the Holocaust, if you include the disabled, organised murdering of them started earlier, the actions against the homosexuals even earlier.
