The New Jersey Plan, also known as the Small State Plan.
Because the plan gave each state one vote, so that small states would have as much power as large states.

The Virginia plan.
The small colonies supported the New Jersey Plan. They favored this plan because it proposed a Congress that was unicameral (having one house) and each state would have the same number of representatives or votes.
No, the Virginia plan called for representation by population. This put Virginia at a huge advantage (being one of the most heavily populated states) while giving states such as Rhode Island almost no representation.
the small states liked the "New Jersey plan", because they wanted the larger states to count the slaves as taxation and not as representation, and that way it would be better for them!! :) --- DAISY <33
no he did not he supported the Virginia plan
No the plan was meant for the smaller states for equal representation whereas the Virginia plan was meant to be recorded by population.

Yes. I would have supported Hamilton's economic plan. It was important to get the states on strong economic footing and to get them depend of the federal government.
