The reason Brutus claims that Cassius was often condemned by the people was because he was greedy.
Brutus affirms that he would rather that Caesar not assume the position. Brutus adds that he loves Caesar but that he also loves honor, and that he loves honor even more than he fears death. He says he will consider Cassius's words.
when Cassius warned brutus to kill Antony, Brutus refused saying that Antony is, but a limb of Caesar. Also he believed that when Brutus tells Antony the reason why they killed Caesar, Antony will be their ally.the other error of Brutus was that he let Antony to speak at Caesar's funeral. and this was a huge mistake.
Brutus asks Strato to kill him so Brutus wouldn't have to die by the enemies sword *<edit> Because the last answer was rather strange I decided to help. Cassius killed himself once he thought his friend (Titinius or something like that) was kidnapped by the enemy. He asked Pindarus (or how ever you spell his name) to kill him. Brutus kills himself later (thanks to the help of Strato) cause he's sure they're are going to lose to Antony. That's how it works in the play Julius Caesar but for all I know the top answer could be true. I rarely look into things deep. 2nd edit brutus kills himself because he feels bad for killing Caesar for no good reason. Cassius kills himself b/c he thought titunius was kidnapped and dead. after all this, Antony, octavius and lepidus are in charge of rome
Antony believes that the confrontation between Brutus and Cassius' armies is due to their desire for power and control, which has driven them to engage in battle. He perceives their actions as a result of ambition and the struggle for dominance in the political landscape after Caesar's assassination. Antony sees this clash as inevitable, stemming from the deep-seated conflicts and rivalries among the leaders. Ultimately, he thinks it reflects the chaotic aftermath of their choices and the consequences of their betrayal.
There were no two people, many people conspired to kill Caesar. These people were called the conspirators, led by a man called Brutus.Brutus and the conspirators, through their close association with him, knew Caesar was a cruel, arrogant and tyrannic leader. He picked wars with any country that had power or wealth, like Gaul, which he attacked in 58BC and governed from 58BC until 49BC.This was why Rome was so prosperous. Invasions like this continued throughout his life, most of which were successful. The Roman public respected Caesar greatly and thought he was one of the best rulers Rome had ever had. One reason for this was that he diminished poverty amongst the poor with the money he got from the cities he ransacked. This was a major way he won the Roman public over.
The reason Antony does this is to make the citizens/ the poor to go and against Cassius, Brutus, and the conspirators. :D
my opinion on Cassius is that he is still a good person but he killed julias ceasar for no good reason well actually because he was beinf rude to him and Cassius was jealus of him also because of bitterness towards Cassius.
He might need to send them on business to Cassius.

Cassius tricks Brutus into thinking that the people don't want Caesar as their leader and that the people want Brutus so he is doing it for the good of Rome and so that Caesar doesn't go down a road of political tyranny. It's for the good of Rome.

Well one reason i heard of which is not the total reason is because Brutus convinced himself to think that by Caesar dying, The empire would become better. But also Cassius was persuading him to so he went on with it like.
Cassius wants Brutus to join in a conspiracy to kill Julius Caesar. He tells Brutus stories of Caesar to poison his mind and make Brutus believe that Caesar wants to set himself up as a tyrant.

Caesar sees Cassius as a dangerous man. The reason why is because Caesar describes that men like Cassius are never comfortable while someone ranks up higher than them... That and he is skinny (this was discussed between only him and Antony, so you would have to read the play in order to understand it a bit, try Sparknotes)
It proves dat Caesar was very proud, over-confident and he treated himself like GOD
