If I understand the meaning of your question correctly, you are asking what ship still holds the bodies of the dead crewmembers at Pearl Harbor.
That ship is the USS Arizona, the only battleship sunk in the Japanese attack of 7 December 1941 to be left in place after the end of the war. Of her complement, 1177 men were killed in her sinking, and the hull is considered a war grave and off limits to all. The US Parks and Recreations Service makes regular visits to the hull to determine its condition, but they are not permitted to enter the hull out of respect for the dead. All former Arizona crewmen are allowed to be cremated and their ashes placed into the hull if they so desire, at this time (2014) there are less than 20 left alive.
Over 1,000 US Battleship crewmen are entombed in the USS Arizona.
USS Arizona .
The USS Arizona was sunk at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. The Harbor is only about 40 feet deep, so the top of the wrecked battleship is visible. It became a US War Memorial and it the final resting place for those Americans killed & entombed in the wreck. You can take a scheduled tour boat out to the memorial. There is platform built on top of the wreck, that includes the names of those killed on the ship. More info is available on the internet.
