One of the forms of sickness that were spread by European explorers to the Native Americans was small pox. This killed many Native Americans. Other diseases brought by the Europeans include Scarlet fever, measles, chicken pox, and diphtheria.

The 'black death' is usually referenced to the bubonic plague in which fleas from rats infected many humans causing them severe sickness and resulted in death. The mortality rate for those infected with the bubonic plague was 30-75 percent.
The Europeans spread disease, killing a third of all the natives they encountered in the South-East, there were often conflicts between the two peoples, and this lead to many deaths on both sides. Eventually certain Indians gained the Europeans trust, and were able to trade with some fairness.
The falling sickness was not a person. It was what Caesar experienced; he had epilepsy.
There are many Native Americans. Some came from tribes, some came from bands, and others came from within bands and became groups. I am not an Native America and I do not pretend to represent anyone, this only my personal point of view, but I believe the sicknesses, such as cholera, and small pox, were brought into the camps by European settlers during various times when they came to settle or were passing through the land of Comancheria. I think this refers to small pox that the European travelers broght when visiting other contries. this is very simmilar to the epidemic that native Americans suffered in the amaricans when settlers came over.
Sleeping sickness (Eastern Equine Encephalitis) is spread by biting insects that have fed off an infected animal.
Early explorers from Europe were subject to mainly scurvy, because of the lack of vitamin c in their diet(fresh fruits)
