Oil Now the state has more of the big wind mills up and running, producing electricity than any other state. Texas also has more inhatiable space, land. I'm not sure about cattle meeting the requirments for a natural resource, but beef cattle. Great people who will give you the shirt off their back!

In the Constitution the states were intended to have more power, and now National Government has more power but not as much power as a State government has on a State. In other words National government has more power to the country but the state government has more power to the state.
