Ramses II, also known as Ramses the Great, was primarily known for his military prowess and extensive building projects rather than specific trade skills or hobbies. He was a skilled military leader, engaging in numerous campaigns to expand Egypt's territory. Additionally, he was deeply involved in architecture, commissioning grand temples and monuments, such as the famous Abu Simbel. His reign was marked by a focus on artistry and culture, including patronage of the arts, which can be seen in the intricate carvings and sculptures from his time.

Abu Simbel temple in Egypt was cut out of rock
I would think the four statues of Ramses II were carved of stone, and covered in mud, made of sand and water, as that was what most things were made of.
Ramses 11 ruled Egypt for about 66 years. If you want to see where I got this, type "pharaoh 66 years" in "Google" and you should find a link for "National Geographic". I hope this helped~
