Hi Guys the First Chinese Dynasty was the Xia Dynasty. Yu the Great established this Dynasty in 1600 BC. When he got killed china was ruled by the shang Dynasty

Changes from Deathmanf1re: The first dynasty was not Xia as some people say.

Yan Huang Zi Sun was the first dynasty. The first guy was Huang Di then Yao then Sun and finally Yu. The reason why they started Xia dynasty is because before Xia, people were elected to be the leader but Yu was killed by his son and his son was the leader so people think that only the oldest son can be the emperor/leader.
