He was a pathetic old mad man that only discovered the cell and MICROSCOPE
no, he could have never even imagined them. also he didn't discover a thing, he like all other philosophers of his time just made wild untestable guesses about how nature worked.
the first thing he invented was infinetisemal calculus
yes there are a such thing as prehistoric men and woman No, they didn't discover any evidence leading to this conclusion.
The first thing that happend at Gettysburg is that the war was fighting and that people faught for schools to be desegregated. Also they faught for freedom.
farming
corks was the first thing he looked at
cells
Robert hooke
He mainly looked at a piece of cork.
Robert Hooke
Robert Hooke actually there is no such thing as non-living cells, there is a thing called dead cells. really you should just call them non-living. it uses the term 'non-living' in most science books, so I'm assuming that non-living would be a proper term.
Robert Hooke's discovery of cells in 1665 was important because it laid the foundation for the field of cell biology. It provided the first insight into the basic unit of life and revolutionized the way we understand living organisms. Hooke's work also helped pave the way for advancements in medicine, genetics, and other biological sciences.
Cells are the basic units of structure in a living thing and I beilieve Robert Hooke discovered them while looking under a microscope and found dead cork cells.
Was the first European to discover North America.
I was just learining this so i hope i can help! Okay Robert Hooke (1635-1703) was a man of considerable talent. His ideas and inventions covered a wide range of science topics! Hooke was a firm believer in expermintal investagation. As he experimented, he carefully recorded his observations. One of his lasting effects on science was his science picture book, Micrographia. The finely detailed drawings in the book demonstrate Hooke's artistic ability and sientific accuracy. Chemist, physicist, naturalist, inventor, architect-Robert Hooke was all of hese and more. In 1665 Robert Hooke examined a small peice of dried cork with a microscope that he had invented. He observed small, empty chambers that he called cells. Scientists soon decovered that what Hooke had actually seen was the cell walls of the dead cork. It was Hooke who first introduced the use of ballence spring for the regulation of watches. He also make improvements in pendulum clocks and invented a machine for cutting the teeth of watch wheels. He improved the microscope. He invented a revolving drum recorder for pressure and temperature and a universal joint. I'm not sure if this helped at all but i hope it did.
The first thing Marie Curie discovered was Becquerel's rays but called it radioactivity after her home land.
Robert Hooke coined the term "cell" in 1665 to describe the basic structural and functional unit of living organisms. This term was derived from the Latin word "cella," meaning "small room" or "compartment." Hooke used this term when observing a piece of cork through a microscope, where he saw small compartments resembling honeycomb structures.
