It is spelled "Sonderkommando" - these were special units in the concentration camps comprised from inmates who had the task to transport the bodies of the recently murdered victims from the gas chambers to the crematoria for burning as well as not only putting them (imagine the fact that the knew the victims and sometimes a Sonderkommando member had to put a family member into the oven of the crematoria) into the ovens but also stripping them of their gold teeth and shaving their bodies.
