Try looking for book at your local library, and read! internet can't relate to EVERYthing...... and modern people today think that you can find ANYthing and EVERYthing on the internet, when book can fit a LOT more info, if you only take the time to cozy down and read. Sometimes you have to phrase things different way to get your answer..... The main point of knights, were to fight, serve and save the peasants. in return for their service, they would earn land, and honor. So my biggest tip is find some books on knights in general, (does not have to be all about their purpose and duties etc...) and glance through till you find the area your looking for! And you can probably find lots more there, than online.

Functions refer to duties, responsibilities or obligations of a particular person or thing. The functions of the president and other public officers are defined by the constitution.
The rulers of the European feudal system included monarchs, who held the highest authority over the land, and were often supported by powerful nobles or lords. These lords managed large estates and granted portions of their land to vassals or knights in exchange for military service and loyalty. Below the knights were the serfs and peasants, who worked the land but had limited rights and lived under the obligations of the feudal hierarchy. This system created a structured society based on land ownership and reciprocal duties among different classes.
Imperfect duties are obligations that are not always required to be fulfilled, such as helping others or developing one's talents. They differ from perfect duties, which are obligations that must always be followed, like not lying or stealing.

Duties and responsibilities include societal obligations and family obligations. Societal responsibilities include issues such as keeping the environment clean, engaging in economic activities and paying tax.
Perfect duties are moral obligations that are clear, specific, and absolute, such as the duty not to lie or steal. They are duties that must always be followed without exception. Imperfect duties, on the other hand, are more general and flexible moral obligations, such as the duty to help others or improve oneself. These duties do not have a specific set of actions that must be followed in every situation.
