well one positive was that the poor were given more jobs with higher wages. Europe developed a new government without the church, since faith went down and the people started questioning the clergy. art also developed, pain and suffering was a favorite. the poor saw so much death that they tried to live life more happily as possible..the beginning of the renaissance.

The doctors were able to realize they could go further in medicines to help people.

There are other reasons I do not know.

I think that another reason was that after the black death everyone became richer because they realized that there was less people to do the work so the demanded more money.

I might be wrong.

In the short term it didn't, at all. The black death killed off an average of about 1/3 of the human population in Eurasia. With the loss of one in every three workers, as well as the panic/fear that came with the plague, production of most goods came to a screeching halt.

Imagine for a moment that one out of every three staff in a factory died. Would their deaths help the business?
