There is no definitive name for it. The county in the south east corner of Ireland is Wexford. Other counties could also claim to be part of the southeast of Ireland, such as Waterford, Carlow and Kilkenny. Due to its slightly better weather than other parts of Ireland, it is sometimes informally referred to as the sunny southeast.
