No it was a suprise attack
Appeasement.
Britain and France on 3rd September 1939 and Poland 2 days before on 1st September
The Treaty of Versailles set up certain restrictions for Germany, such as a ban the creation of wartime materials. When Adolf Hitler rose to power, he defied many of these restrictions and entered the Sudetenland, which is an area between Germany and France controlled by France at the time. What triggered a declaration of war was the invasion of Poland by Germany. Due to the defensive pacts Britain and France had with Poland, they declared war on Germany. Before this, however, Britain and France tried to pacify the growing Germany through a process known as appeasement, but war soon followed as stated above
Poland and i think Ukraine The invasion of Poland was the 'last straw' that caused Britain to declare war on Germany, but he had also annexed Austria (except for the singing Von Trapps!) and Czechoslovakia (Sudentenland) before that.
no. Hitler invaded many weak countries close to Germany before attacking Poland.

I think it was Poland. Somebody check me on that. Wait maybe Austria and then Poland. I checked on this. It was Poland, September 1, 1940. Russia who had a secret pact with Germany opened up a second front a week later. There is an excellent account of this on .Poland.Germany invaded Poland, which started World War 2Poland

Poland never declared war on Germany. Germany declared war on Poland and invaded it in 1939. The United Kingdom warned Germany to withdraw its troops from Poland but Germany gave no heed. This forced the United Kingdom and France to declare war against Germany and the Second World War had begun.
Before the invasion of Poland, Chamberlain represented Great Britain, and their fear of the Nazi regime. A policy of appeasement was used in order to lessen the fears of Britain. In effect, Chamberlain allowed Germany to reoccupy the Sudetenland, which led them to the invasion of Poland
It was Poland before Germany settled Germans there. It was returned to Poland after WW11. It is now Charbrow/Charbrowo Poland.
Germany invaded Poland before the attack on Pearl Harbor.
Germany's invasion of Poland ~ This could be a tricky question. Germany's Save invasion of Poland is the right answer because it happened before any of the other issues here. True, the United States began the process of revising the Neutrality Acts before that, but the question is not asking that. The invasion of Poland on September 1, 1939, caused President Roosevelt to ask Congress to change the neutrality acts to prevent giving "passive aid" to the enemies.
Hitler invaded austria and Czechoslovakia before the onset of the 2nd world war. Because of this Britain said that if Germany invaded Poland then they would declare war on them. At the beginning of September in 1939, Germany invaded Poland and then the second world war started as Britain declared war.
