The neo-Nazis are people today that still believe in Hitler's ideologies. Hitler came to power in the 1930's. He used the power to confine Jews and several other racial and religious groups to forced Labor camps, where they were starved to near death and made to undergo cruel, unnecessary procedures under the guise of being experiments, such as drinking only sea water. The Jews and other groups in the forced labor camps had no money, posessions, or means of escape. Finally, the USSR, Britain, and the USA went to war against and defeated the Nazis. They liberated those victims that had survived from the camps, but 6,000,000 Jews and 5,000,000 others had already died.
The neo-Nazis believe in Hitler ideologies of uniting the world not in the Holocaust`s ideologies.

It was transformed from what was accentually a German racial ideal, to a modern day "white race" bringing in more of the white cultures under the one flag so to speak. Some call this idea Neo Nazism as it has very similar ideals but on a much larger scale. So in a nut shell people who conceder themselves to be fighting for the white race generally embrace Nazi ideology as a kind of blueprint for what can be done to elevate their race to a higher level of living, giving nazism a rebirth.
Nazism fell in Germany because it ran out of resources and people to continue the war.

In Eastern Europe, Neo-Natzis began making headlines in 2003-4. In postwar Germany, the movement came out of the underground during the 1960's. In the US, the prevalence in overt Neo-Nazism came to its fruition during the 1980s.

No, most likely not. Although he did wear a shirt donning the infamous Nazi swastika, he had no interest in the Neo-Nazism lifestyle.
It is hard to measure these things. The extreme right-wing NPD (National Democrats) are represented in the legislatures of two of the German states (March 2008). However, the overwhelming majority of Germans are not neo-Nazi.
Despite all the horrors he orchestrated and carried out, there are still some people who believe Hitler was inspirational and admirable. These people are known as Neo-Nazis.
