1929 at MIT
The first Indian analog computer was assembled in 1950
This MIT engineer developed the first modern analog computer to solve complex equations. It weighed 100 tons and incorporated 150 motors and some 200 miles (about 300 km) of wire.
it was an astronomical calculator. A form of mechanical analog computer. The nordon bombsight was also a form of mechanical analog computer.
the first computer was created by CHARLES BABBAGE and it was known as the analog computer....
The first hp computer built in 1937.
He didn't. Charles Babbage designed and built the first analog computer in 1822, but the British government withdrew funding before the build was complete. Nevertheless, working models based upon Babbage's improved designs first appeared in 1855, a full 36 years before Vannevar Bush was born. A working model of Difference Engine No. 2 was built and completed in 1991, proving Babbage's original designs would have worked. Thus he is credited as the father of the computer.
Vannevar Bush played a key role in developing the concept of a hypertext system, which laid the foundation for the invention of the World Wide Web. He also worked on the development of the first analog computer, the Differential Analyzer.

The first digital computer that used vacuum tubes was the ABC, completed in 1942 by Dr. John Vincent Atanasoff and Clifford Berry in Ames, IA.An early analog computer that used vacuum tubes was the Differential Analyzer, completed in 1929 by Vannevar Bush and a large team at MIT. (there probably were other smaller analog computers of this type that used vacuum tubes before this, so it probably isn't the first but its the earliest where I can find it clearly documented).
the first known computer, a mechanical analog computer, was invented and built circa 100BCthe first digital computer, a programmable mechanical decimal computer, was invented circa 1840 but never builtthe first electronic digital computer, an electronic binary computer, was invented circa 1936 and built in 1942. it was dismantled later that yearthe first programmable electronic digital computer, was invented in 1943 and 11 of them in 2 different models were built between 1944 and the end of the war in Europe. this is the only digital computer built built in a quantity greater than 1 until the early 1950sthe first stored program electronic digital computer, was built in 1948 based on a variety of concepts invented between 1936 and 1946. all modern digital computers are derivatives of this architecture
The first official analog computer was created in 1912 by Arthur Pollen. The computer was designed for use with fire-control systems and ran off electricity.
