The ancient civilization directly south of Ancient Egypt was Nubia, also known as Kush. Nubia was located in present-day Sudan and had close cultural connections with Ancient Egypt, including trade and occasional political ties.
Ancient Nubia was primarily located in the region along the Nile south of Egypt, encompassing parts of present-day Sudan. Cities such as Cairo, Alexandria, and Giza, which are situated in northern Egypt, would not have been part of ancient Nubia. Similarly, cities far from the Nile Valley, such as those in sub-Saharan Africa or in Europe, would not have been located in ancient Nubia.
Nubia was a land south of Egypt. They provided gold and many other things, even ostrich feathers.
