It happened to me. I spun two crank bearing. I had to tear the engine apart and replace the crank and the bearings. Get somebody to check the outer tie rods. I had a car that did that. The noise will be less if you change lanes.

get some spacers from auto zone for front and back and put them between the springs and get 265/35/22 tires and you set to go

if there is no drain petcock on lower radiator tank, removing bottom radiator hose at radiator is the only way to drain radiator

ATF+4 is the correct fluid for 99' grand voyager. Many Chrysler transmissions are NOT compatible with standard fluid! ATF+4 is usually the best one to use with automatic transmissions before 2001, ATF+5 after. My '99 Plymouth Grand Voyager's owner's manual calls for ATF+3. Whether ATF+4 covers ATF+3, I couldn't say, so check the label :-).
the fuel filter is located inside the tank and is attached to the petcock. remove the tank and then the petcock the filter will be located on top of the petcock disassemble clean and reassemble carefully replace gas tank and your ready to go...
A 2001 Voyager does not have an interior fuse box. All fuses are under the hood, next to the battery.
Should be at the lower left corner of the radiator.
