I believe that you are referring to a prophecy by Nostradamus that is not found in the Scriptures.

Another thought:

There is also a prophecy about him at Daniel 8:8 & 22that says that : "As soon as it became mighty, the great horn was broken." Alexander 'became mighty' by the age of 32, and died of malaria complicated by his reckless living (Daniel 11:3&4) .

By 301 B.C.E., since all of Alexander's family had been killed, four of Alexander's generals had taken over separate sections of the former empire

Seleucus Nicator taking Mesopotamia and Syria;

Cassander took over Macedonia and Greece;

Ptolemy Lagus took over Egypt and Palestine;

Lysimachus took over Thrace and Asia Minor)

but they never attained Alexander's power....exactly as had been prophesied.
