Lincoln didn't die in a house. When he was shot he was carried across the street from Fords Theater to a boarding house. He was laid on a bed in a room on the second floor of the house and died there at 7 AM the next morning after getting shot while attending a play at the theater. Today, you can visit the room and the theater.
Harry Truman. In the mid 20th century (1948) his daughters piano leg went through the floor. The house was inspected and found to be unsafe and the family moved to the Blair House (across the street) for the time being while the White House interior was gutted.
President Lincoln was actually shot at Ford's Theater in Washington D.C. and he later died of the gun shot wounds across the street at Petersen House a day later on April 15, 1865
