Identifying a single historical figure who has caused the most harm is complex, as many leaders and regimes have contributed to significant suffering. Figures like Adolf Hitler, responsible for the Holocaust and World War II, and Joseph Stalin, whose policies led to widespread famine and purges, are often cited for their devastating impacts on humanity. Their actions resulted in the deaths of millions and left deep scars on societies. Ultimately, the assessment of harm is subjective and can vary based on historical interpretation and context.

except for speed, a human can do everything a computer can do and many things a computer cannot do.in order for a computer to do anything, first a human has to figure out how to do it themselves. then the human tells the computer how to do the same using a program. even so called artificial intelligence programs that supposedly learn and figure out on their own how to do something, a human had to figure out how to mechanize learning in a way the computer could perform it and then write a program for it. humans are born learning automatically.
