Considering the population of native Americans living within the territory now known as the united states was estimated to be between 2 and 18 million, the answer varies. I believe a little over 5 million Jewish people lost their lives during the Holocaust. Going by the numbers if the population was on the high side of the 2 to 18 million than the native American holocaust was the worst case of genocide. Still we are talking about the deaths of millions of people at the hands of both Germany and the united states. They are both equally tragic events in human history.

___

The timescale was different ... In the Holocaust most of the victims were killed within a period of about 3.5 years. Also, the intention was different: the Nazi regime wanted to kill every Jew - man, woman and child - that it could lay its hands on.
