His fifth wife was Catherine Howard, Henry beheaded her because he had been told that she had been intimate with other men. AND FINALLY! His sixth wife was Katherine Parr, Henry died whilst still married to her. SHE SURVIVED!!!! There is a rhyme about the wives and it goes like this: Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived!
Catherine Howard, Henry 8's fifth wife was first accused of trapping him with a philter and then beheaded for unfaithfulness
