I think that peasants ate healthier than nobles. Nobles ate a lot of meat and drank ale and not a lot of fruits and vegetables whereas the peasants all they could find was fruits and vegetables. when the nobles ate the meat it might have been salted to make it last longer so they also ate a lot of salt and we all know that too much salt is bad for you. but it wasn't just salt and meat with fat it was also honey. people in medieval times even put honey in water to sweeten it. so my answer would have to be that peasants ate healthier than nobles and sometimes even lived longer.

The peasants.
Nobles and peasants are similar in that they are both members of a feudal society, with nobles typically holding higher social status and land ownership, while peasants work the land for sustenance. Both groups are subject to the hierarchical structure of feudalism, with nobles having more power and privileges compared to peasants. Additionally, both nobles and peasants are impacted by the economic and political systems of their time, with nobles often holding positions of authority and peasants typically having limited social mobility.
Basically, the nobles thought everything was fine, and the peasants thought society needed changing -- hence the Revolution.
The nobles told the peasants what to do, gained all the income off their work, and taxed them for everything.
