I think that china has 3500 fighter jets and can hide alot more if they want to with a country as big as they are in every kind of way. Money is abundant and wages are cheep. The people know that if they are to advance beside the States they have to come out with unmistakable power and be smart to have more hidden so not to alarm countries. Lets face it they like to live and drive cars, eat cake, and make it with their women. So that could combat war nicely. But on the other hand we could look back in history and see not a bunch of Nazi like government people but a government dressed in nice suits inspecting factories and war machines looking all innocent like.
