USA. The US Navy's combined tonnage is greater than the next 13 largest navies combined. It operates 11 of the world's 15 supercarriers, with another in production, and neither of these advantages reflect the massive technological advantages the US Navy holds. This is in addition to the world's best-trained, best-funded, and largest Marine Corps, and the fact that only 3 other navies can project force away from home waters (the UK, France, and Russia, 2/3 being our close allies). So yes, the USN has baller status.
