First off I don't really see how this is realted to United States History or Colonial America, considering this book is a spiritual representation of a physical journey, but anyways By-Ends is a character Christian and Hopeful meet after leaving Vanity Fair. By-Ends wants to join them with their journey but when Christian questions the man's motives and salvations he becomes offended and goes to his old school friends for support(Mr. Save-all, Mr. Hold-the-World, and Mr. Money-Love) These men believe religion should benefit it's followers and should only enable them to gain whatever they want. Christian and Hopeful combat this well, and leave the men with this statement,"can a man use religion to get what he wants and still be a right honest man?"

hello you little monsters!
After being robbed, Little Faith in "Pilgrim's Progress" experienced a life marked by vulnerability and insecurity. He struggled with feelings of fear and doubt, as the loss of his valuables left him feeling spiritually impoverished. Despite his hardships, he continued on his journey, but his faith was shaken, illustrating the challenges that believers face in maintaining their faith amidst trials and setbacks. Ultimately, his experience serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of vigilance and resilience in the face of spiritual attacks.
In Pilgrim's Progress, Christian is depicted as a man, while in Little Pilgrim's Progress, a children's adaptation of the same story, Christian is portrayed as a boy. The change in age representation is likely done to make the story more relatable and accessible to younger readers.
Yes, the Pilgrims landed at Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Oh, and Plymouth Rock is the size you'd use in your landscaping. I was expecting more of a boulder size. Makes it hard to imagine the pilgrims pulled to shore and then declared their journey successful using this little rock. :P
