The Ho-Chunk Nation, based in WI, has four branches of government. The General Council consists of enrolled members over the age of 18. The Executive Branch is headed by a President, a Legislative Branch consists of 13 elected representatives from 5 voting districts (4 in WI, and the 5th district includes everything outside WI). The Nation also has a Judiciary Branch, with a Traditional Court, Trial Court and Supreme Court.
