most probably one of the generals in the pentagon or an Israeli general. If Bid Laden had planned it with a laptop in a cave he would not have known of the war games, he would not have hit places such as in the Pentagon to target specific sections to get rid of the evidence and the workers who were working on finding the missing 2.3 trillion dollars. This was a reinforced section of the Pentagon and if it was hit on the top the devastation could have killed many more people and it would have been easier to hit. They could have easily hit a nuclear plant which would have created longterm damage but no the Pentagon needed to be hit so that we could have the stupid war on terror.
