Several captains from what I can remember.

Sir Edward Howard was admiral on board the Mary Rose on her first foray into battle with the French, with Thomas Wyndham filling the post of captain.

Thomas Lord Howard succeeded him in 1511 I believe.

Roger Grenville was captain of her when she sank off Portsmouth, not sunk by the French, more through carelessness by crew members forgetting to close the lower row of gun ports after firing...
