Yes. All people over the age of 21 have had the vote since 1928. That equalised the votes of women. Black people in Britain have always had equal rights (Stifles laughing) under the law. The voting age is now 18. But the law in Britain has always been racially equal, officially at least, of course there has been racial discrimination, but Black people have never been disenfranchised.
