It's kind of a silly question, but let's take a look.

Stalin was short (he was only 5'4"), about 10 years older than Hitler, and had permanently injured his left arm when he was a kid. Because of his injured arm, he was unable to join the Russian military during World War I, so he had no formal military training; when he later served as a general in the Soviet army, he was pretty bad at it. So he's already at a bit of a disadvantage. When Stalin got older, he drank and smoked heavily, which further weakened his body, and actually wound up being the cause of his death in 1953.

Hitler was considerably taller than Stalin (5'9"), served in the German Army during World War I and even earned a few medals for valor. He famously was a vegetarian, and also didn't drink or smoke, so he was probably in fairly good physical condition for most of his adult life. However, as he aged and World War II dragged on, he appears to have heavily abused drugs and may have even had Parkinson's disease. Hitler died when he committed suicide in 1945 in order to avoid being captured by the Soviet Red Army.

It seems, based on the above, that in a hypothetical one-on-one fist fight between Stalin and Hitler, Hitler would have the advantage. He was younger, bigger, had military training/experience, and was in better shape.
