Why did Adolf Hitler not kill blond-haired people?

There were some blonds that Hitler killed, but generally speaking, he avoided killing blond-haired people because he believed that blond hair was an indication that a person was of the Aryan Master Race. The "Aryans" were the people he was trying to make Germany pure for.

It is not so much that Hitler didn't kill blondes, it is very likely that he did kill blonde Jewish women. He just didn't kill Germans and a lot of them are blonde, plus the ideal of the Aryan race is to have blonde hair, therefore it would seem as if Hitler wouldn't kill blonde haired people, but in reality that was not the case.
