Elizabeth was born long after Richard had been killed by her grandfather, and so did not harbour any personal animosity. However, the official position of the Tudors was very anti-Richard since the claim of Henry VII (the grandfather I spoke of) was extremely flimsy, being based on being descended from one of John of Gaunt's illegitimate children (subsequently legitimized very conveniently for the Tudors) and Henry V's widow. Richard's claim to the throne was considerably better, so it suited their purposes to make him out to be the most horrific monster imaginable.
