God's Law is Love. He gives it to mankind to help guide us in the right way of living - love of God; love of neighbor; health laws; dietary laws, civil laws etc. Think of The Bible as a 'User's Manual' for mankind.
When studied with prayer of understanding, it will lead the reader closer in a relationship with our Creator - building the correct character God desires in His children.

The Laws of Nature and of Nature's God refer to the laws established in the created universe and the laws established by the Creator. These laws can be observed or reasoned by use of one's conscience and would be observed and reasoned the same by all people throughout the world. Obviously, if one does not believe in a Creator their reasoning would not direct them to a full understanding of the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God.
Commandments. God gave them 10 commandments to tell them what not to do. The Jewish leaders also gave them laws. They gave them so many laws that in order to obey them all, there would be no time to sin. But God, gave them ten commandments that really covered all bases. Since man was born into sin, it was impossible to keep all the laws and he (man) found ways to bend the commandments to fit mans own needs.

Besides giving Moses the 10 Commandments, God also gave Moses many rules which can be read in Exodus 20-23. These include laws of justice and mercy, laws of the sabbath, laws of the three annual festivals, laws of property, laws of social responsibility, laws of servants, and laws of personal injury.
