Angelo Ambrogini Poliziano worked for Lorenzo de Medici who lived in Florence Italy where he was later expelled from the Medici household. he was given the opportunity to educate Lorenzo's son. It was not until 1480 that he was offered to come back into the Medici household where he then continued working under Lorenzo de Medici, educating his son. Poliziano lived just outside the city of Florence where he then later moved into the city once more to live his last and final years as a writer, poet and a humanist writing manuscripts and other literary works in Italian, Greek and Latin.
